The Client required a system which could handle the complexity of staff recruitment, training, event booking and payment processing for thousands of staff, registered in multiple offices across the UK and working at numerous different venues. On top of that, advanced reporting features were also a must-have.

Our Approach

The platform we developed includes an applicant/staff tracking system which makes the whole recruitment process seamless. It offers customised application forms, candidate processing, interview scheduling and much more.


The whole recruitment process is now far more streamlined and efficient. The system has automated a number of key HR activities and freed up staff time, allowing the agency to expand their operation while reducing overheads.
