The team at Crabtree Property manages a wide variety of properties and at present have over 17,000 individual units. Its portfolio is mainly spread across London and the south of England, and the majority of these properties are residential blocks of flats; however they also manage offices, houses and commercial property.   

Crabtree Property’s mission statement is to be recognised as the market leader in property management. They aim to achieve this by maintaining the highest possible standards of quality in terms of communication, accountability, reliability and innovation. Due to changing market conditions, Crabtree has had to adjust in many ways. Changes such as homeowners expecting different services, has led to them recognising the need for streamlining their operation.

Knowing that technology was the answer they asked HeadChannel to develop a portal for customers to communicate with staff, allowing Crabtree to focus on growth while maintaining customer relationships. They also knew that having a mobile-friendly platform was important due to developing trends within the smartphone and tablet arenas. For Crabtree, this was all about being able to grow with the market and doing so on a solid, reliable technological base.
