HeadChannel was set up in 2004 to realise the potential that database-driven websites could deliver. HeadChannel's directors bring together many years of experience in their areas of expertise and continue to apply creative thinking to fresh challenges.

Andy, creative director
One of the founding partners of HeadChannel, Andy is responsible for the overall creative vision of the company. He is a graphic designer by trade, with over 15 years' professional experience in designing for print, web and new media. Andy has worked with a range of clients – from small businesses to multi-national organisations, such as Arts Alliance and NATO, and the disability charities Motability and Ricability.
Always keen to adopt the latest technologies to enhance the online customer experience, Andy has made his mark in taking ideas from initial concept through to final design to achieve exciting, yet practical, digital communications.
Beata, managing director
Beata is an experienced IT relationship manager with 10 years' experience working with a strong portfolio of organisations, including the Home Office, West LB Bank, Financial Times newspaper and FT.com.
She joined HeadChannel 4 years ago and since then has been working with clients to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their businesses through technology. She loves to bring together new web development ideas, the clients and her team to achieve results that benefit everyone.
Dawid, development manager
It's Dawid who keeps our vision on track, planning and preparing for new projects. He is constantly making small changes in the processes to achieve a better product, develop a better skill set in the group, or to prepare the website development team for the next challenge they must face. He motivates the web development team, encouraging them to remember the company's creative vision, and to be excited about the work that they're doing. Needless to say, he also loves to develop new applications.
Gosia, marketing manager
Gosia is responsible for HeadChannel's marketing – developing and delivering our digital online marketing plan. She has a great understanding of SEO and PPC, as well as other online marketing activities and social media. She works with clients to deliver their online strategy and with the web development team to help them achieve better SEO results.
Derek, consultant analyst
Derek was one of the founding directors of HeadChannel but now, in semi-retirement, acts as a consultant. He started in the advertising business at Ted Bates where he was a media research manager working on accounts such as Electricity Council, Mars Confectionery, Pedigree Petfoods and Peugeot. He then moved to Yorkshire Television as planning manager. In 1989, he founded FCF which provides data analysis software and bespoke database solutions to a wide range of clients both within the advertising and marketing world and elsewhere. Current clients include BBC Worldwide, COI, Starcom and Telmar.
